Wild Rice Stuffing
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup wild rice
  • 1/2 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Bring the wild rice and white rice to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Reduce heat to low and cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and celery in butter over medium heat until softened.
  4. Add to the cooked rice along with the chicken broth and salt.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
  6. Stir occasionally.
