- 2 cups whole wheat flour

- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- Mix together the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.

- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Once dough has risen, punch down and knead for another 3 minutes.
- Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness.
- Top with desired ingredients and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
