Whole Wheat Pizza…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water

Steps
  1. Mix together the flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Slowly add the water to the mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until it's soft and elastic.
  4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Once dough has risen, punch down and knead for another 3 minutes.
  6. Roll out dough to desired shape and thickness.
  7. Top with desired ingredients and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
