- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt and sugar.
- Add water and stir until a stiff dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it is 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes with a knife or cookie cutter.
- Place the crackers on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and cool completely before serving.
