Add honey and oil to the yeast mixture.

Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place it in an oiled loaf pan. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise again for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake bread for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
