Whole Wheat Banan…
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas.
  5. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until just blended.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
  7. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on wire rack.
