White Rice
Ingredients
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 3 cups water

Steps
  1. In a medium pot, combine the rice and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Once boiling, reduce to low heat and cover.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Fluff with a fork before serving.
