  • 1 lb. white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

  1. Place the chopped white chocolate in a medium bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring the cream and corn syrup to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute.
  4. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to roll into balls.
  6. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
