Ingredients
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps
  1. In a medium-sized, heat-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, add the heavy cream and warm until just barely simmering.
  3. Pour the warm cream over the white chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Transfer to a fondue pot or other heat source to keep warm while serving.
