- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a medium-sized, heat-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, add the heavy cream and warm until just barely simmering.
- Pour the warm cream over the white chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until all of the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a fondue pot or other heat source to keep warm while serving.
