Waffles
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs then stir in the milk and melted butter.
  3. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.
  4. Stir until just combined.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
  6. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each waffle.
  7. Cook each waffle until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve hot.
