- Rice paper wraps
- Lettuce leaves
- Carrots, julienned
- Cucumber, julienned
- Fresh mint leaves
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- Rice vermicelli noodles, cooked and cooled
- Soak one rice paper wrap in warm water for 1 minute until soft.
- Lay the wrap on a work surface. Place a lettuce leaf in the center of the wrap.
- Top with carrots, cucumbers, mint, cilantro and noodles.
- Fold the top and bottom of the wrap over the filling.
- Fold in both sides to form a roll.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
