  • 1 package rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  7. Add noodles and cook for 1 minute.
  8. Serve hot.
