- 1 package rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the noodles and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add noodles and cook for 1 minute.
- Serve hot.
