Ingredients
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup lemongrass, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork cubes, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce and honey. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork mixture and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pork is cooked through.
  3. Skewer the pork onto metal or wooden skewers and serve.
