- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
- Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine garlic, fish sauce, coconut sugar, and lemongrass paste.
- Add pork cubes to the marinade and stir to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
