Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste

Steps
  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine garlic, fish sauce, coconut sugar, and lemongrass paste.
  3. Add pork cubes to the marinade and stir to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place pork on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
