Ingredients
  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Add the jasmine rice, coconut milk and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
  6. Serve warm.
