- 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil over high heat.
- Add the jasmine rice, coconut milk and salt. Stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pot with a lid.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
- Serve warm.
