Veggie Tacos
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, black beans, and corn. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan on medium heat.
  3. Assemble tacos with desired fillings and toppings.
