Veggie Burgers
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, quinoa, oats, flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.
  2. Mix until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Add the tomato paste and nutritional yeast flakes and mix until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  6. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite toppings!
