- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, quinoa, oats, flaxseed, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika.
- Mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Add the tomato paste and nutritional yeast flakes and mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings!
