Veggie Burger
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Form into four patties.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat and cook patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
