Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Form into patties and cook on a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
