Vegetarian Lasagna
Ingredients
  • Lasagna noodles
  • Tomato sauce
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Spinach

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Boil lasagna noodles for 8 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella and spinach. Set aside.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over sauce. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with a third of tomato sauce.
  5. Repeat layers, and top with remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 25 minutes.
