Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cubed firm tofu
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas and carrots mix

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the tofu, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the tofu is lightly browned.
  3. Add the cooked rice and frozen vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  4. Serve hot.
