Vegetarian Chili …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 (15-ounce) can vegetarian chili
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni noodles

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the vegetarian chili and tomato sauce to the skillet; stir to combine.
  4. In a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the macaroni noodles.
  5. Pour the chili mixture over the noodles and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining macaroni noodles.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
