- Tortillas

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes.
- Add onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add black beans to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes more.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Fill each tortilla with bean mixture and top with cilantro and cheese.
- Roll up burrito and enjoy!
