Ingredients
  • Tortillas
  • Black beans
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Cilantro
  • Cheese

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes.
  3. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add black beans to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes more.
  5. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  6. Fill each tortilla with bean mixture and top with cilantro and cheese.
  7. Roll up burrito and enjoy!
