Vegetable Teriyak…
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms; cook and stir until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes more.
  2. Stir teriyaki sauce and cornstarch together in a small bowl; pour into the skillet. Cook and stir until sauce thickens, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
