Vegetable Teriyak…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the bell peppers, onion and garlic and cook until softened and lightly browned. Add the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
  2. Add the cooked rice and black beans to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Serve warm in bowls.
