Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup cooked edamame
  • 1/4 cup shelled and cooked edamame
  • 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
  • 1/4 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup julienned avocado
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, edamame, cucumber, carrots and avocado. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Serve in individual bowls.
