- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup cooked edamame
- 1/4 cup shelled and cooked edamame
- 1/4 cup julienned cucumber
- 1/4 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup julienned avocado
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, edamame, cucumber, carrots and avocado. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the mixture and mix until evenly distributed.
- Serve in individual bowls.
