- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced into thin rounds
- 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute more.
- Serve hot.
