Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the bell peppers and carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute more.
  5. Serve hot.
