- 2tbsp oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 2tbsp soy sauce or tamari sauce
- 2tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add carrots and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth, soy sauce (or tamari), honey (or maple syrup) and ground ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve stir fry with sesame sauce.
