Ingredients
  • 2tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2tbsp soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • 2tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add carrots and red pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce (or tamari), honey (or maple syrup) and ground ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve stir fry with sesame sauce.
