- Lasagna noodles
- Tomato sauce
- Mushrooms
- Spinach

- Garlic
- Mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a medium saucepan, heat tomato sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
- In a large skillet, sauté mushrooms, spinach, onion and garlic until softened.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Layer lasagna noodles on top of the tomato sauce.
- Top with a layer of sautéed vegetables and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering process until all ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
