- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl combine ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Add garlic powder, parsley and spinach. Mix until combined.
- Spread 1/3 cup of the cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle.
- Roll up each noodle and place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
