Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, carrots, peas and carrots, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
