- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, boiling water, vegetable oil and salt.
- Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is smooth.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle.
- Place 1 tablespoon of the vegetables in the center of each circle.
- Fold the circle in half to form a half moon shape and pinch the edges together to seal.
- Repeat with remaining circles and vegetables.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the sesame oil. Add the dumplings and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
