Ingredients
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/2 cup cooked lentils
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  1. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, black beans, and lentils.
  2. Add the red onion, garlic, smoked paprika, and chili powder.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Form the mixture into 4-6 patties.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Serve with desired toppings.
