In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt. Stir to combine. Add tofu and cook until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1 minute per side.
Divide tofu mixture among tortillas and top with desired toppings.
