- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, margarine, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Spread evenly into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Serve hot.
