Vegan Sushi Bowl
Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste

Steps
  1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayo and sesame seeds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice and vegan mayo mixture.
  4. Add the cucumber slices and avocado cubes.
  5. Mix well and top with wasabi paste.
