Vegan Sour Cream
Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  1. Place the cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a sealed container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
