Vegan Quinoa Burg…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup cooked black beans
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, black beans, red onion, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, flaxseed and water. Mix until evenly combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  4. Serve with desired toppings.
