Vegan Queso Dip
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup water

Steps
  1. In a blender, add the soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and water and blend until creamy.
  3. Transfer the queso to a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes or until hot.
  4. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
