In a large bowl, stir together the warm water, sugar and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.
Add the flour, salt and olive oil to the bowl and mix together until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes or until it is smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to desired size.
Top with desired toppings (vegan cheese, veggies, etc.).
Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
