Vegan Pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  5. Using a 1/4 cup measure, pour batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form on top.
  6. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
