Vegan Omelette
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegan egg replacer
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter

Steps
  1. In a bowl, whisk together egg replacer, water, garlic powder, onion powder and turmeric until combined.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the egg mixture to the pan.
  3. Cook until the edges are lightly browned and cooked through. Flip over with a spatula and cook for another minute or two.
  4. Transfer omelette to a plate and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
