- 1/4 cup vegan egg replacer
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- In a bowl, whisk together egg replacer, water, garlic powder, onion powder and turmeric until combined.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the egg mixture to the pan.
- Cook until the edges are lightly browned and cooked through. Flip over with a spatula and cook for another minute or two.
- Transfer omelette to a plate and season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
