Vegan Nachos
Ingredients
  • 1 package vegan tortilla chips
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapenos

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Spread the chips on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with black beans, salsa, vegan cheese, olives and jalapenos.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve immediately.
