- 1 package vegan tortilla chips
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup diced jalapenos
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spread the chips on a baking sheet.
- Top with black beans, salsa, vegan cheese, olives and jalapenos.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
