- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve over nachos, tacos, burritos, or whatever you like!
