Vegan Nacho Chees…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Steps
  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a blender.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve over nachos, tacos, burritos, or whatever you like!
