Vegan Nacho Chees…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place frozen fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. While the fries are baking, add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove from oven and top with nacho cheese sauce.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with desired toppings and enjoy!
