Vegan Nacho Bowls
Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Steps
  1. Drain and rinse the black beans and corn.
  2. Chop the avocados and add to a bowl.
  3. Add the beans, corn, salsa, vegan cheese, and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients together.
  5. Serve in individual bowls.
