- 2 slices vegan cheese
- 2 slices vegan bread
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the pan and top with a slice of cheese.
- Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
