Vegan Grilled Cheā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 slices vegan cheese
  • 2 slices vegan bread

Steps
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the pan and top with a slice of cheese.
  4. Top with the other slice of bread, butter-side up.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip.
  6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
