Vegan Grilled Cheā€¦
Ingredients
  • 2 slices vegan bread
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
  • 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes

Steps
  1. Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.
  2. Sprinkle the cheese shreds and nutritional yeast flakes over the buttered side of one slice of bread.
  3. Place the other slice of bread, buttered side down, on top of the cheese.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Slice in half and serve hot.
