- 2 slices vegan bread
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes
- Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter.
- Sprinkle the cheese shreds and nutritional yeast flakes over the buttered side of one slice of bread.
- Place the other slice of bread, buttered side down, on top of the cheese.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it.
- Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve hot.
